The Body Shop Brief
PROS
- Good range of material to design for - across different channels
- Plenty of work for 2 people
- Different media to apply design to (print and web)
- Primary research is easily available
- No strict guidelines apart from use of logo and poster format

CONS
- Hard to distinguish the target audience
- Vague when it comes to further information

XL Recordings Brief
PROS
- Choosing a specific artist from the list allows you to design for a specific audience - you're basically choosing the audience
- Utilisation of different skills e.g. combining crafts with digital design
- Guidelines aren't strict - allowing you to have complete creative control

CONS
- Too much choice in regards to artists - comes across as intimidating
- Could be hard to choose an appropriate artist
- Only producing 1 poster between 2 people. Little amount of work.
- More illustration based than design based
- No real idea of what they're asking for - not enough explanation

Oasis Brief
PROS
- Given specific messages that they want you to communicate, so you have content to work with
- Opportunity to rewrite the brief to meet different target audiences

CONS
- Target audience isn't very defined
- Confusing concept. Not really sure what they are asking for
